Once the proposal has been signed, the price quoted is what you pay, even if the job takes longer or costs more to complete than expected.
Property Protection Guarantee
We will take necessary precautions to ensure we don’t damage anything on your property while installing your new generator.
If we do damage anything, you will pay us nothing until the damages have been repaired or replaced at our expense.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
You pay none of the remaining balance at the end of the job until you are 100% satisfied with the work that has been done. This doesn’t include the time it takes to complete the final inspection.
Anti-Aggravation Guarantee
If your generator doesn’t start during a power outage, we will have your generator back in working order within 24 hours of the time you called us to report the failure.
If not, we will pay you $500 for your aggravation within the first 12 months of installation—unless you tell us not to come out.
Accommodations Guarantee
If your generator does not start up during a power outage within the first year of installation and we cannot make the generator operational within a 24-hour notice of the customer, Comfort First will pay for hotel accommodation up to $300.
This guarantee only applies to generators with a wireless monitoring device installed and an active monitoring subscription. The customer must provide a receipt for the hotel stay.
12-Month Money-Back Guarantee
If you are frustrated or disappointed with your new generator’s operation or our company’s professionalism, please give us ample opportunity to correct any of your concerns.
If we cannot correct the issue, we will remove the generator and all components. At that point, we will refund your investment.
