Shower Drain Replacement in Sanford, NC
Challenge
This Sanford, NC, homeowner’s bathtub was no longer draining due to a clogged pipe. The galvanized drainpipe was completely obstructed by debris throughout the length of the pipe.
Solution
Because of the extent of the clog throughout the entire pipe, the homeowner decided to replace the drain line and p-trap with PVC. Our plumber removed the section of clogged drainpipe, removed the p-trap, and installed the new PVC parts. He then checked for leaks and ensured proper drainage.
