Customer Review
“I’m a single parent with 4 kids and dreaded snow and ice storms for worry of power outages (which happen frequently even on sunny days it seems here). I don’t worry about the weather as much and can enjoy it more. I also work from home, so having a backup means less time off work for outages. I wanted an easy solution as I am not comfortable with gas/manual generators. I love that it detects the issues and just works without me having to go outside. We had an outage last year that was about 24 hours, I think, with the cold weather. It was a huge relief to make it through and provide a warm place and meals for my elderly neighbor as well. We have had several other outages as well and it has been extremely helpful!! I highly recommend it. Also, everyone at Comfort First was very helpful in the process and helping me choose what would fit our needs the best, and would recommend them if considering this solution.”
