The August 2026 Apprenticeship Program is at full capacity.The next round of interviews for the Apprenticeship Program will begin in December 2026, with the program scheduled to start in February 2027.
Initial Qualifications
- Must reside within approximately 30–40 minutes of the company’s headquarters in Sanford, NC.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from class and work without interruption.
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license and have a minimum of three years of a clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with company requirements.
